According to Air India website, Air India will launch daily nonstop flight between Toronto and New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport from October 31
the Toronto to new Delhi flight connects to key points in Canada (YVR, YUL) and also to major cities in India such as BOM, MAA, BLR,ATQ

Amritsar passengers would get their flight at Delhi to Amritsar within two hours every day and their immigration checks would be conducted at the Amritsar international airport.
This flight will not have any passenger restrictions, however it cannot carry revenue cargo in DEL - YYZ direction.
