These fares are only saleable online at www.etihadairways.com and cannot be sold at ticketing offices or by Travel Agents.
Fares/Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
If your itinerary involves a stopover, please note that Etihad Airways provides no accommodation, regardless of the connection time.
In the event of mix booking classes the most restricted fare rule shall be applicable.
Pearl Business class - W class
Penalties
Changes:
Date changes permitted at a charge of EUR 200.
Cancelation / Refunds:
Before departure -
For X fares - Non refundable.
For W fares - Charge EUR 350.
Coral Economy class - Q class
Penalties
Changes:
For Q / M / K / W / D class fares - Date changes permitted at a charge of EUR 100. (For W class special fares - Charge 25% of the fare)
For H fares - One date change is permitted free of charge and any additional changes permitted at a charge of EUR 100.
For all other fares - Date changes permitted free of charge.
Cancelation / Refunds:
Before departure -
For Q / M / K / H / W / D / R / A class fares - Charge EUR 150. (For W class special fares - Non refundable)
For all other fares - Permitted free of charge.
After departure -
For B / Y / C / J / R / A / F - Deduct the applicable one way fare and refund the balance.
For all other fares - Non refundable.
No-Show:
For B / Y / W / D fares - Charge 50% of the fare.
For C / J / R / A / F fares - Permitted for refund.
For all other fares - Non refundable.
Surcharges
These fares are inclusive of applicable taxes and surcharges the breakdown for this will be shown during the online booking process.
Stopovers
For Q / M / K / W / D fares - One free stopover is permitted and any additional stopovers permitted at a charge of EUR 90.
For H / C / R / A fares - One free stopover is permitted in each direction.
For all other fares - Unlimited stopovers are permitted.
Transfers
Permitted.

Penalties
Changes:
For T fares - One date change is permitted at a charge of JOD 20 only for GCC countries. (GCC - Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait & Saudi Arabia)
For E fares - One date change is permitted at a charge of JOD 20 only for GCC countries. For Istanbul, One date change is permitted at a charge of JOD 50.
For U / V class - Date changes are permitted at a charge of JOD 20.
For booking class L / Q class fares - Date changes are permitted at a charge of JOD 20 except for GCC countries where changes are free of charge.
For M fares - One date change is permitted free of charge in each direction and any subsequent date changes are permitted at a charge of JOD 20. (For GCC countries date changes are permitted free of charge.)
For W / D / R class fares - One date change is permitted free of charge in each direction and any subsequent date change permitted at a charge of JOD 20.
For all other fares - Date changes are permitted free of charge.
Cancelation / Refunds:
Before departure -
For T class - Charge JOD 70 for GCC countries.
For E fares - Charge JOD 70.
For all other fares - Refund permitted with a refund fee of JOD 40 except for Jakarta where refund fee is JOD 20.
After departure -
For all fares - Deduct the applicable one way fare plus cancellation fee of JOD 40 and refund the balance. (For Jakarta cancellation fee is JOD 20.)
No-Show:
For T fares - Charge JOD 70 for GCC countries.
For all other fares - Not permitted.

To/From USA and Canada
For Diamond First Class and Pearl Business Class, two checked bags (pieces) with a maximum weight of each bag must not exceed 70 lb(32 Kg) in weight or 62 inches in total dimension.
For Coral Economy, two checked pieces of baggage, provided the weight of each bag does not exceed 50 lb(23 kg) in weight or 62 inches in total dimension.
For guests that have already traveled part of their journey before the 01st April and their remaining journey after the 01st April the two pieces at 32 kg baggage allowance applies.
For checked baggage of more than 23 kg to a maximum of 32 kg an excess baggage charge will be applied.
