British Airways American Express Companion Voucher

Redeem your BA Miles on a British Airways flight, and if you've spent £10,000 on your American Express Premium Plus credit Card in one year, we'll give you another ticket for a companion, for the same flight and cabin.
To qualify for your British Airways American Express Companion Voucher, you must reach the required spend threshold for your card, as shown below, within a 12-month period ending on the anniversary of the date of issue of your BA/AMEX Card. Please note that required spend does not include cash withdrawals, interest, balance transfers and fees.

Once you have reached the required spend threshold for your British Airways American Express Card, you will automatically be sent your British Airways American Express Companion Voucher. Please note you are only entitled to one Companion Voucher per 12-month period, and required spend collected in one 12-month period cannot be carried over into the next 12-month period.
Companion Vouchers can only be used when redeeming BA Miles for a BA reward flight, paid in full with BA Miles. All vouchers will be issued in the name of the main BA/Amex Cardmember who must travel with their spouse or friends on any booking made with the Voucher. The Companion Voucher is only valid if it has been acquired in accordance with the rules of this promotion. Tickets booked by phone need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The Target varies depending on the type of BA/Amex Card that the Cardmember holds: Classic Cardmembers – £20,000, Premium Cardmembers - £15,000, Premium Plus Cardmembers - £10,000. Cardmembers must have accrued the Target within a 12-month period ending each year on the anniversary of their Promotion Commencement Date.
